Apply for a Merchant Account

This simple form allows you to apply for a merchant account. Before you continue, please prepare the items below.

• Photo of the valid ID of the authorized signatory
• Photo of your signature
• Selfie together with your valid ID
• Local Government Business Registration, such as Mayor’s Permit or Barangay Permit
• National Business License, such as DTI
• BIR Registration, if available
