What branch do I need to select during the account application?
Netbank Mobile Branch
Acceptable Valid IDs:
- Philippines Passport, National ID (PhilSys), Driver's License, UMID, SSS, GSIS e-card, PRC Card, NBI Clearance, Postal I.D., Police Clearance, Barangay Certification, Senior Citizen's Card, OFW I.D., Seafarer’s Identity Document (SID).
- Expats/Foreigners: ACR, Passport, Visa, Immigrant Certificate of Residence or Registration.
Fees & Balances:
No minimum initial deposit. No maintaining balance.
Interest Rates:
New accounts get 3.25% p.a. interest credited daily. All other existing accounts will remain at their current rates.
When will I receive the Interest Rate?
Interest starts once your first deposit has been in the account for at least 24 hours. Credited daily and compounds over time.
Time Deposit:
Min ₱10,000. 6 Months at 4.5% p.a. | 12 Months at 5.0% p.a.
Dormant Accounts & Updates:
Inactive for 24 months (730 days) requires a ₱50 fee to reactivate. For updating details or closure, email CS for a code then go to App Settings > FAQ > Change Request. Closure within 1 year has a ₱100 fee.

Pesonet Crediting Batches:
- 10:40 AM: From 4 PM prev day to 10 AM current day.

Accept QRPH payments. Flat ₱5 transaction fee. Earns 2% interest with daily crediting with no payout caps.
