Apply for a Merchant Account

This simple form allows you to apply for a merchant account. Before you continue, please prepare the items below.

Photo of the valid ID of the authorized signatory
Photo of your signature
Selfie together with your valid ID
Local Government Business Registration, such as Mayor’s Permit or Barangay Permit
National Business License, such as DTI
BIR Registration, if available

Note: Please ensure that you already have a Netbank Mobile individual or personal account before applying.

Application Submitted

We will send a confirmation email once we have processed your merchant account application.

The turnaround time for approval is listed below:

Applications submitted before 5:00 PM during banking days will be processed on the same day.
Applications submitted after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next banking day.
Applications submitted on Fridays after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next banking day, typically Monday.
Applications submitted during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next banking day.
