Apply for a Merchant Account

This simple form allows you to apply for a merchant account. Before you continue, please prepare the items below.

Photo of the valid ID of the authorized signatory
Photo of your signature
Selfie together with your valid ID
Local Government Business Registration, such as Mayor’s Permit or Barangay Permit
National Business License, such as DTI
BIR Registration, if available

Note: Prerequisite: Individual Account Requirement — please ensure that you already have a Netbank Mobile individual or personal account.

Application Submitted

We will send a confirmation email once we have processed the application.

The turnaround time for approval after submission or registration is listed below:

Account applications before 5:00 PM PST during banking days will be processed the same day.
Account applications after 5:00 PM PST will be processed on the next banking day.
Account applications on Fridays after 5:00 PM PST will be processed on the next banking day, Monday.
Account applications during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next banking day.
