System Architect
Lead the design and evolution of Netbank’s high-availability transaction systems and critical partner integrations. This pivotal System Architect role demands expertise in architecting scalable, secure, and performant solutions for high-volume, low-latency transactions—from core banking and payment platforms to custom third-party API integrations—ensuring our innovative financial services reach every Filipino.
Product Manager – Payments
Lead the charge in identifying, designing, and launching innovative payment solutions like Collect-as-a-Service and Disburse-as-a-Service. You’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and competitive analysis, collaborating across teams—from technical to commercial—to deliver cutting-edge payment capabilities that enhance Netbank’s offerings and empower businesses in the Philippines.
Full Stack Developer
Be instrumental in developing and enhancing our core virtual components, from external APIs and front-end interfaces to SDKs and specialized tools. You’ll not only write high-quality code, conduct rigorous code reviews, and optimize performance, but also contribute to improving our overall programming architecture and setting development standards, directly impacting the reliability and innovation of our banking solutions.
AML Compliance Head
Safeguard Netbank by overseeing and refining our Anti-Money Laundering policies and tools. You’ll assess partner AML risks, develop robust processes for high-risk transactions, lead comprehensive compliance training, and spearhead the implementation of advanced monitoring systems. This critical role ensures all operations, from new product launches to customer onboarding, adhere to the highest regulatory standards, directly reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer.
Commercial Strategist
Shape our product offerings by translating market needs into compelling, commercially viable solutions. You’ll lead comprehensive market and competitive research, validate client pain points, and define innovative product propositions. This role demands strong analytical skills to identify strategic positioning, integrate AI opportunities, and drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring Netbank’s financial products are differentiated, compliant, and poised for success in the Philippine market.
Commercial Manager (Mandarin-Speaking)
Drive Netbank’s strategic partnerships and commercial growth within the local payment and fintech sectors, with a strong focus on the Chinese market. You’ll identify, engage, and negotiate high-impact deals, tailoring Netbank’s lending, deposit, and banking-as-a-service products to meet partner needs. This pivotal role requires deep market understanding, a robust sales execution ability, and collaboration with internal teams to expand our reach and deliver innovative financial solutions.
Head of Internal Audit
You’ll be crucial in safeguarding our operations by leading all audit project management activities. You’ll prioritize audits based on risk assessments, develop comprehensive test plans, and conduct independent evaluations of our risk management and internal control systems. This role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing both internal and external partner processes, and providing critical recommendations to senior management, including robust AML coverage and reporting.
